While his identity as the hidden king of the world is a secret, I do think that he’s known to the public as just one of the young celestial dragons like any other one of them but similar to Luffy who’s Joy Boy, this person is Imu.

It's possible he has a life and interacts with people other than the five old geezers who revere him, so it's very possible you're right.

This is merely headcannon....I believe Imu is the National Treasure of Mariejois, and it was Doflamingo's dad who first told him about it.
