We could frame it perfectly competently if we had all the knowledge in our heads. Yes we've both read One Piece but it's a long ass series so things will naturally be forgotten that could change one's whole perspective in an argument. The info being on the internet isnt even close to the same as being able to remember it all automatically. So Vegapunk having this cheat code gives him a way better chance at framing the best arguments if he were to debate.

Would move chopper and enel up to genius.
Chopper could figure out a vaccine for a virus he never saw before on the fly in minutes.
Enel not only was a great engineer but he could figure out the concept of rubber without ever know what it was.

I'd move Sanji up to smart as he can not only easy make and understand plans but on multiple times used his intelligence to save the entire crew. His only down side is his chivalry which leads him to makes dumb moves. If it wasn't for that I'd say he should be in very smart.

I'd move shanks up to sharp. The guy has basically just been making strategic moves in the world to keep it as balanced as possible.

I'd move Zoro to average. He's not dumb he just is ignorant of the world he is in on a global scale and his lack of direction. Zoro is often the one who explains key information to Luffy and the crew and shown he can make and carryout plans. I wouldn't say he's dumb he's just surrounded by smart people and 1 idiot.

Lastly BM should be brain dead. She literally goes into hunger fits and make her irrational. Views help for her crew as a insult. Doesn't use her strongest abilities in a fight just because. Opts to always underestimate her opponents. Constantly makes bad decisions since she was introduced. Etc. BM is 1 of the dumbest characters in the series. She's is a slightly more functional weevil.

I mean Big Mom was smart enough to build a totalitarian state and trick Judge into attending the wedding. She’s a womanchild but she’s not a complete idiot imo

Not necessarily. Two people can interpret exactly the same information in two different ways. Again, intelligence isn't just about retaining information. We could access information about One Piece from the Internet whenever we wish to frame an argument. Being able to look up the information whenever we want is practically no different from recalling the information on our own.

Also, not forgetting and being able to recall the right information at the right time are two different things. Sometimes, you wouldn't even recall the information that you did not forget at an appropriate time because you wouldn't even think of it even though you perfectly remember it.

Struss was a huge part of that empire and likely shaped it. She ruled it through her strength not intelligence. She could go into hunger pains and literally become extremely irrational till she ate what she wanted. I highly doubt she built it but rather had people around her that can help. And by the way she built it her entire force can freeze depending on her mood.

With judge she was going to do what she always did marry to get what she wanted then leave. There's no genius behind that more so judge being naive than BM being smart.

BM literally took half her force to wano to go up a waterfall against a character in kaido who she knows can fly and control wind. BM is definitely dumb and like I said a slightly more functional weevil. Where as weevill completely relies on his mom for his every action BM just replies on her strength for her every action.

-Is a inconpetent villain who is always sabotaging his own plans in every situation,including his fight against Judge's Turd.
