I can see some of it one tier higher or lower, but the general idea is more or less pretty spot on.
The only thing that catch my attention is Oden.
Only because he could read and write in poneglyph and has journal doesn't mean that he is sharp.
Imho, he is more like Luffy than Robin.
Even sometimes he was very naive to the point that he tried to burden everything on his shoulder.
Even Zoro who you put at "very dumb" is sharper and more calculated than Oden.
He show pretty good understanding and helicopter views in dire situation, which is a sign of sharpness.

Fun thread, was gonna make a top 20 smartest character thread myself.

Nah. Nami is a navigational genius, she drew maps better than adults at age 8. She's the smartest SH. Navigation is an exact science that requires a lot of knowledge, such as higher mathematics, physics, geography, etc. Robin only learned one language, she should be in the category of sharp at best.

Sukiyaki was a craftsmen too he actually might be. Oden is a fool though.
But look at Robin as archaeologist, she knows so much that she can alone change the way world works at the moment. And ofcourse nami is brilliant too. Also this might be not canon but in red straw hats actually relied on Robin to figure out stuffs and puzzles. Speaks a volume about her intelligence.

The movies aren't canon cuz script wasn't written by Oda. In the manga, robin is pretty mediocre and almost never does anything clever. She only occasionally remembers useless information, mostly taken from newspapers. If the other archaeologists hadn't been killed, robin wouldn't have stood out at all.
