I haven't seen that balloon idea, that would have been cool! Kinda like a mixture of Gladius' and Luffy's fruits? Maybe Caesar if he could use Helium and Hydrogen too at least? A Zeppellin would be his ultimate technique lol.
But I also remember "Yonko commander and Zoro's future opponent" Bobbin. Also him saying "I will fix this!" and the hype around that. Theories of him having a bouncy ball/bounce fruit which I loved or an owl zoan due to his "owl/bird mask" and hypnosis technique.
These are some theories and some of my own ideas too, not saying they're "good" either just as a "disclaimer" too:
Wano giving Zoro and Kid the same spotlight that Sanji and Law got in the previous arcs.
Sanji will fight at least Ichiji and win. Disown the Vinsmokes and Germa completely except Reiju, Sora ofc and the Raid Suit. Fighting Judge again and defeating him.
Snack being a major fight to reclaim his rank and honour at WCI. Maybe a brief reappearance by Cracker to try and stall the SH alliance and avenge his own defeat, humilation etc.
Big Mom killing someone on the SH's side with her soul pocus or whatever it's called.
That scarecrow homie with Pedro's soul being relevant later on.
Vinsmokes being an actual assassin mafia family.
Sanji fighting Katakuri, either alongside Luffy or even solo...lol I would have loved a Sanji and Luffy teamup vs Kat tbh.

BM being connected to the PH kids, similar disorders, gigantifcation, fixation for candy/sweet things and such. I still hold onto her and Kaido being WG experiments somehow, but idk.
Fujitora being sent to get Mihawk, maybe Green Bull to Amazon Lily especially with his comment about women.
Denjiro being loyal to Orochi after serving him for too long and becoming twisted/corrupted. I thought of this before the Oden flashback and such though.
Kaido being a shape shifting mythical zoan somehow. Something truly powerful. Typhon or something? Maybe a Wukong form but extended to 100 forms from Wukongs 72 forms?
Kaido having at least 1 mythical zoan commander.
Kaido having an "Ace", maybe Ace himself joining the Beast Pirates briefly, not sure how viable this one is lol. I thought the "Ace" might be Kaido's "son" before the Yamato reveal, his trump card.
Mihawk being mentioned at Wano and known by the samurai
Tashigi appearing at Wano (although it would be plot convenience ofc) and her getting massive character development (Oda laughs) alongside Zoro and their potential connected histories, due to Kuina,Koshiro, the dojo, Ryuuma and such.
Vegapunk would appear at the Reverie. Dragon would appear at the Reverie Tobi style and declare war on the Celestials. Green Bull being revealed properly.
Orochi being the Scabbards ultimate opponent and each one would fight a head of Orochi and counter each element that each head would have (in the style of Okami's Orochi)
Fire festival involving a sacrifice, most likely Komurasaki/HIyori (but she would get a death fakeout then instead or they'd save her regardless)
Toki being alive and being Komurasaki/Hiyori, the real Hiyori possibly being dead
Roger winning Oden from WB in a Davy Back
Blackbeard pirates being at Wano undercover (At least Shiryu, maybe Catarina) and having Moria show up with them. Orochi working with BB.
Brook vs Apoo, not a full on fight but enough for them to have a significant clash that gets interrupted for one reason or another. Something like the Scott Pilgrim movie's music battle.
Zoro getting to keep the Nidai as a powerup, but we got Enma instead lol.
Cursed swords being explained in more detail including what Law's sword is like.
Curses, yokais, paranormal stuff in Wano although we have got a little of that and then there's BM ofc.
Hitetsu having a bigger role and leading into explanation of cursed swords, black blades and so on.
Some kind of references to Muramasa and Masamune at least. Musashi Miyamoto too even.
Information on the Shodai Kitetsu, who may have it currently. (that Gorosei?)
