Well, I wouldn’t call her the worst character in all of fiction (I have unfortunately read the Afro Samurai manga) but she is undoubtedly the most disappointing character in all of One Piece, whether that qualifies her as being the worst is debatable. For example, there is probably a good argument for the Vinsmoke siblings being worse than Big Mom.

She sure is the One Piece character I dislike the most though.
