no he never becomes protagonist again……….
And I did some reading Sasuke becoming an antagonist is actually chapter 181 so 75% of the series Sasuke is an antagonist/villain. Yes they fight together in the end war but everybody had to fight together otherwise the world is over. And let’s not act like Blackbeard and Luffy teaming up against IMU is out of the realm of possibility. They will both have beef with IMU for their own reasons. Antagonist can have good qualities to them , look at Katakuri.
Yes, that's what I said.

Sasuke was never a protagonist (aside from a very short time where the story focused on him after the timeskip), Danzo was his Antagonist at this moment.

Sasuke is mainly an impact character.

And while you are right, it's not an impossibility for BlackBeard and Luffy to team up (which I doubt tho), the comparizon ends there. Blackbeard is and will always be an antagonist, you could even say, the main one.

Are you all actually dumb?

The only unforgivable wrong thing Sasuke did was "maybe" killing those Samurai Guards, and iirc it's still not confirmed lmao

Other than that he only did wrong things from the point of view of the Ninja System, which was portrayed as something that needed reform untill the retardation of Boruto

Sasuke thought about doing morally wrong things but the plot always prevented it

Blackbeard did awful things from both a Pirate's perspective (killing a crewmate) and from a civilian perspective (pillaged kingdoms)

Do not confuse "an antagonist" with "someone who is doing wrong things"

An antagonist is simply a term that refers to the character that is on the direct opposing line of the protagonist. An antagonist has the same goals, same will of the protagonists but a completely different set of value, which is the reasons why they will clash.

An antagonist CAN be the good guy in a story where the protagonist is the anti-hero.

Sasuke was only an antagonist in like two arcs tbh(retrieval and the final battle), even in the arc where he lost his mind Danzo was the antagonist

deuteragonist is a better word for Sasuke in most of Naruto

More like one arc. The rest of the time, he was an impact character.

Deuteragonist is a bs word that applies to old tragedies. It not really relevant in Naruto. (it's more the case in One Piece where Luffy can act as a deuteragonist tho)

The term impact character that comes from script doctors is much better. It allows us to udnerstand the impact of the character of Sasuke on Naruto. There is only one main protagonist in Naruto : Naruto

Which is the point

Like the only time Blackbeard wasn't an antagonist was against Magellan(the Narrative still painted Magellan as the more moral one) and against Wangzhi

Sasuke took down the Most Akatsuki and took Down Danzo who was gonna get Konoha Gang Banged lmao

Again, you are confusing "Antagonism" with an "immoral character".

Antagonism is simply a form of characterization, the word has no ethical or moral value.

I am not

Blackbeard was immoral against Magellan but he wasn't an antagonist because his actions weren't opposing Luffy's
BlackBeard is an overarching antagonist. He keeps this status over all stories, just like Luffy keep the status of protagonists despite sometimes by relagating in a more background characterization.

In Marineford. Blackbeard is simply a side antagonist. The main one is magellan and Luffy is the protagonist.

The terms protagonists and antagonist follow the direction of the plotlines, they are not relatives to every characters. In Impel Down, there is only one protagonist : Luffy, many allies : Bon chan, Baggy, Mr 3 etc. and one major antagonist : Magellan.

HUH???? what is this emphasis on wrong things??? First of all One Piece is a Manga about Pirates, Every single one of them does wrong things, PIRATES ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE....... So the whole doing wrong things doesn't apply to the One Piece series. Blackbeard is a Pirate just Like Luffy the Protagonist, He's doing Pirate things just like the Protagonist does Pirate things .

The questions was "Is Blackbeard The Sasuke of One Piece"

Overall What is Sasuke a Majority of the Naruto series?

An Antagonist ......

Here's the definition......

AI Overview

In a story, an antagonist is a character, group, or force that stands in opposition to the protagonist, creating the primary conflict and obstacles that prevent the main character from achieving their goals. Antagonists are not always "villains" with malicious intent; they can also be natural forces, societal structures, or even internal struggles within the protagonist's own mind that challenge their forward momentum.

SASUKE IS AN ANTAGONIST FOR 75% OF THE STORY

SINCE CHAPTER 181, This man was an antagonist, Naruto series has 700 chapters..............

Besides how Sasuke was a fallen hero and Teach always a villain, Sasuke was motivated by his thirst for vengeance, whereas Teach who has a perfectly valid grudge against the WG, is willing to play along being a Warlord and now affiliated King, just for another step to get more power.

Teach is a Villain or Antagonist?

#56
Villain, yes. Just because he will seek to dethrone Imu doesn't mean neither of them are both villains.
Why is he a villain? Because he killed people?Or his quest for power?
Cause Law and Kid killed a bunch of people........ Again ladies and gentlemen these are Pirates..........
It would be one thing if Blackbeard was killing innocent people every time he's on screen but he's not......

This argument is silly, you know as well as the rest of us that there are peaceman pirates or whatever they're called. Teach isn't one of them.

Sasuke is an antihero for most of the series, if anything. He isn't really an obstacle for Naruto, his goals or even Konoha until Obito convinces him to get revenge on the leaf. For the first half of part 2, his goal is just to kill Itachi, and before that he does things like kill Orochimaru/"Kill" Deidara, who are actual antagonists. No one really considers Sasuke a villain except for during the 5 kage summit, and like the literal end of the seriess.

Pretty much everyone who meets him hates him because he is utterly amoral, treacherous and deceitful. Even his own crewmates can be a sacrifice for him, as seen with Hancock. So, yes, he is a villain as there is no boundaries he will cross.
