Character Discussion Is Figarland Garling the most Cold-Blooded Villain in One Piece so far?

I already enjoy Garling as the irredeemable villain. Sometimes, villains don't need a sob story. They sometime need to be batshit crazy and psychotic. Garling fits both criteria.

Garling makes Doflamingo look like relatively sane in comparison.

Oda's trying to make him the evil big bad boss with no room for justification.
He had Aizen's demeanour, and only at the time of his fall would we see his despair and other side of him.

Garling is stronger better version of doffy if we are being honest.

Só few mentions of Enel, he not only killed his own people, he was going to destroy the other Island just because it existed as he was about to leave anywyay.

Absolutely zero care about anyone, no f's about his subordinates or whatever

Even Garling at least seems to care about his son's, even if perhaps just a goal or a legacy.

Enel is probably incapable of empathy, it's just that he is really charismatic as villain to watch
