Technically they don't even need to beat him. As CDs they can literally order him to clean their boots and then kill himself.
Other than that, yes. Admiral bros are done for. They have been exposed for what they are. Simple marine soldiers with a little more ambition and a little more haki (CoA and CoO) expertise who get fancy devil fruits directly from Imu's drawer.
The new recruits, Twerkbull and Issho, were introduced for specific reasons. The one with a shallow character to get obliterated and the one with conflicted character to end up on goofys side along with Smoker at some point. Issho's fruit will gain more relevance when we get to the moon btw.
Mihawk, Shanks, Zoro, old Garp, Kaido, Prime Oden Ray, Gaban, Shiryu and maybe condom make the long but still extendable list of people who can wipe the floors with magma brat.

For now, Sengoku is the only one confirmed. Although I think fleet admiral candidate Aokiji and Akainu might also have, I wouldn't be surprise for others though. But still there are levels to CoC haki as well, for example Yamato's level and even Wano Luffy's CoC level was different. Having Yamato level CoC shouldn't be a problem for Admirals when Sengoku is also confirmed.
