No, it depens on his stamina.
He said explicitly he has a bit more time the previous chapter (or 2 chapters ago).

Anyway, the fight has 2 minutes or so, so it's not a problem.

Seems to be similar to early G2/G4 where there's a time limit and he's restrained by his stamina. Much like G2 as well, he can forcibly restart it/keep it up, but it's clearly killing him as he's doing it

The only rzn why it might look like a timelimit is because luffy was in a near death state before awakening, the only reason he can still fight for a little bit is gear 5. If hes 100% he can use g5 for a long time

I would not bet on it, there is probably a limit to the amount of times it can replenish Luffy 🤔 or he would be too overpowered differently
