Character Discussion Is Garling jurisdiction only passing sentence on celestial dragons

#1
I am asking this because he didn't do anything when Fujitora helped free slaves yet he did execute Celetial dragon.

Can he pass judgment only on celestial dragons and not on regular people that did harm to celestial dragons ?

CD created the WG to deal with this kind of things, so Kong, Akainu and the Gorosei deal with it.

It's not that he can't, but why he would use a perogative he have to judge celestial dragon on humans

Admirals are under Akainu's and Kong jurisdiction
Kong is under Gorosei jurisdiction

CDs are under Garling's jurisdiction

Because nobody thinks Fujitora freed the slaves lol.

Tensei spent 2 weeks investigating the events that took place. And his conclusion was that the admirals couldn't stop them due to being held back, instead of Fujitora helping the RA escape.

Jabra's statement is based on his opinion based on what he saw from far away, hence it's only stated in a convo he has with his fodder friend, rather than around credible characters. Which wouldn't be counted as a reliable source if Aramaki and Fujitora tell them a different story. Especially since other CDs saw Fujitora attacking the RA captains.

Why would Aramaki support Fujitora then?

I didn't get an impression they are that close.

If they are, it will add another layer to Aramaki.
Bro was chilling with Fujitora. Akainu calls and orders him to find Fuji and kick him out... while he's literally chilling with him. And he doesn't even bother telling Akainu they're sitting next to each other. Bro hangs up the call and proceeds to chill with Fujitora.

Soundsss like a solid friend to mee.

It could also be simply because he has no reason to fight him, but yeah.

We'll see

He didn't tell Akainu that he had already found him and was having lunch meeting with him.
He also didn't even bother threatening Fujitora in the least bit.

- He hid information related to Fujitora from Akainu
- He ignored Akainu's orders related to Fujitora

I think it's fair to assume he also assisted Fujitora with the freeing of the slaves under the pretense of a false fight. Or later lied about how he didn't fight Fujitora and that Jabra + co just didn't see shit right.

Because Tensei spent two whole weeks investigating this matter before reporting to Akainu, and they don't think Fujitora freed the slaves or assisted the RA.

Its literally just so the story can happen that Fuji is not dead/locked up right now for helping slaves. In-universe he is neither strong enough that he would realistically be able to just clap Garling/the God knights/Gorosei himself or even if Greenbull was helping him much less him going at it alone.

Celestial Dragons have killed people for not getting out of their way quick enough or kneeling before them as is evidenced by Zoro getting shot at by Charlos etc

Hell, the threatened to have Greenbull put to death in the same chapter for crying out loud!

That Fuji can still walk around after he helped slaves escape and hurt/fought another Admiral is pure plot contrivance. Simple as that.
Oda has plans for him, which involve not dying/getting jailed right now and that is the whole reason. Nothing involving some "jurisdiction" or anything like that.

This. Moreover, Issho has been set up as a turncoat for some time now (might be a false flag, but so far it seems clear-cut):
  • His actions in Dressrosa were diametrically opposed to the policies of the world government/marines (under Akainu). Hard feelings with Akainu arose and he grew some respect to Luffy in that same arc;
  • As mentioned above, he helped slaves to escape during the battle against the revos in Mary Geoise;
  • It was recently revealed in SBS Vol. 110 that Fujitora was a war criminal and (in some translations, but I'm not sure if it's true) the WG isn't aware of it yet. Someday, it may be the critical reason for Fujitora's defection.

The educated and influential CD's obviously know that Admirals are soldiers almost impossible to replace. Throughout the entire series they get away with fucking with the law on several occasions.

It's the low IQ baboon CD's that treat the FA like shit and order him to provide their food.
