Zoro having a cure with very bad side effects is an evidence that Zoro will have easier fight than against Kaido.
his current health might be even only enough to defeat King even if he goes later to help against Kaido again he will hurt him once more and then the side effects will come and Luffy will have to finish Kaido himself and Zoro will be down for days like after Thriller Bark

Those side effects that Oda puts are so thrash. And the reason Zoro needs it... Luffy doesn't need nothing of this and is taking worse beatings all time. Chopper side effect from Caesar Rumble Ball are a joke.
It is still very vague how those side effects works on Zoro. It will be double the pain he already received or the pain he will receive next? When is the effect getting off? Until the effect is off he will even feel getting hurt?

Oda sensei loves Grandmaster sama in all likelihood, so he would likely think many times before blundering like that. Not even PIS would render him merit unless it wasn't so important.

If this was before Zoro Clashing with Kaido I would have LOVED it much more
But in the same time a fight with him won't be bad since Zoro needs that proper 1vs1 instead some random clashes that didn't add much to the overall pay off with Kaido this arc

Zoro fighting Kaido again is much more likely knowing King is occupied with Marco and I don't see him beating him.

But it could be a bonus for Zoro to train the CoC before his rematch with Kaido, who knows.
