Controversial Is it over for THAT fanbase?

I never said Shanks was never a powerful swordsman, I said he was in the past, before he learned CoC mastery and started throwing CoC blasts/shockwaves.
That's why in the manga he was never mentioned as a swordsman, never mentioned anything about his swordsmanship skills or any shit like that.
Quite the contrary, in SBS we have Oda actually wondering ''How Shanks fights?'', so it became obvious that his current fighting style is not swordsmanship techniques (which, cutting attacks).
Very easy to resolve this. After Shanks lost his arm he acquired Roger's fighting skills after he learned to master the advCoC and then his fighting style became the same as Roger's, which is a style that does not fit the criteria to be considered a swordsman
Anyway, this shit is so obvious.. The moment ODa declares this in the manga you'll be as frustrated as ZKK. They can't visualize a mere Japanese cartoon through a pure and simple logical analysis, how can some shit read the manga and really believe that Mihawk is stronger or equal to Shanks, that doesn't have the slightest logic considering how the narrative is created.
But in the end I'll just be here laughing at everything, just like in ZKK

I think in today's MMA world wrestling experience is most important.
I think CoC Coated Double Leg take down followed by CoC pin and if Mihawk tries to get up capturing the arm into CoC arm bar would surely put Shanks ahead of Mihawk. (Not sure how he will do all that with one arm tho)

Something I forgot to say, Zoro didn't use Asura, KOH or KOH 3 Dragons to beat a YC1 level dude but somehow he's not a top tier.

For these specific cases yes. Was Roger trying to cut oden in half???? Was shanks trying to cut kidd in half???? The answer to both of those is no, and on top of that shanks takes this a step further and does exactly what kyoshiro says to Zoro. A swordsman that can not cut is also a swordsman that can cut steel with the same instrument… shanks does not cut Kidd but his attack cuts through the steel railgun of Kidd. How more obvious can it be really ??? Besides u coming up with headcannon stuff ?
