I don't think so. Oda's record suggests characters who had the scene for some time rarely dies unless it's necessary for the plot. Oda's relationship with death is meant to be like that.

I think he is, mostly cause if he's still alive what does he really add to the story?

He has no connection to the D clan
He has no connection to any of the major factions fighting for pirate king
His desires of killing Shanks was squandered in less than a minute
Sure he's a conqueror but conquerors are a dime a dozen these days so I wouldn't say thats enough to bring him back
His back story was revealed in an sbs so it wasn't even important enough to get an in story backstory

Some say he might join up with black beard but Kid isn't the type to subjugate himself to someone else

So unless he comes back as just another ally NPC there's no real reason for kid to return

Either dead or completely irrelevant is my guess
