Well bear in mind even One Piece logia can be sealed assuming intangibility is still on.

In average (if we dont count Top Tier character like Hashirama or ES Naruto), OP has stronger physical strength than Naruto.

A lot of Naruto Ninja (even Jonin level ninja) was or could be killed by a "mere" Kunai.
You won't see character like Doffy was defeated by weapon such as kunai.
Even Arlong of all people from Arlong Park arc won't be defeated by Kunai and has higher raw power than most of Ninja in Naruto-verse.
So in terms of physical strength and durability, in general, OP' characters are stronger than Naruto' characters.


BUT.. If we include all characters in OP n Naruto, then the top characters in Naruto would stomp top characters in OP anytime.

Well I mentioned that he ran out of chakra, but other than that we don't know how other versions of Nagato would have fared, prior the one that attacked the village.

Not really. For top tier, naruto would need to put more efforts. The kurama mode definitely beats top tier fighters
