Without criticism, Oda would have never created the supernova you all love so much as his editor at the time told him Sabaody was boring, Usopp would have also been the vc instead of Zoro without criticism from his editors. Now his editors are like you, everything he does is perfect and interesting
That's one of the issues. Although I think the new editors are improving upon the previous' short comings.

The main issue is that most people started reading one piece weekly post time skip and one piece peaked at the ending of pre time skip so people have the idea that one piece fell off, it did not fall of it just went back down after its peak

Dressrosa is my favorite arc and whole cake island is somewhere at top too. Fishman and Zou are also good while I am not impressed by Wano and Punk Hazard especially.

So I would say no.

Naruto's peak: chunim exams till sasuke's retrieval.

Bleach's peak: Soul Society arc.

One piece's peak: water 7 till marineford.

All big 3 peaked early, but oda was smart enough to keep creating mysteries in order to fill his pockets.

-Yeah Oda needs to reduce the Sanji disrespect, we are pass the time the three strongest of a crew is a hype tool.
-Oda also needs to start giving Luffy a real win that doesn't involve the opponent becoming dumb or conflicted kinda like pre-time skip Luffy vs Arlong.
-buster call could have been obliterated by the strawhats but instead it was by the geant which end up being a waste now.
-the VAs could have been beaten too even if it's off-pannel.
-Zoro is fine, Oda already gave him superior feats in WAno, he know what he is doing and cant wait to see the result of his cocking.

No, Dressrosa and WCI were some of the best worldbuilding and story he had to offer. Wano had good story building too but it was massively dragged out and focused too much on uninteresting side character. Egghead is shaping up to be pretty decent.

What was so great about the world building of these arcs? And is this in terms of other Shonen works, or literature in general?

OP overstayed its welcome. Had it ended within 5/7 years of Ennies Lobby it'd have been a near-perfect masterpiece.
As it stands, its ending will still coincide with a historical moment, but all journey to it has been distorted and miss-written, and the overall experience has been soured long ago for it to still be as exciting as it could've been when Oda was in his prime, health- and creativity-wise.
It's a shame, but it was a trade-off Oda has to have been aware of, longevity vs. perfect legacy.
