No, there is no panel in Wano that ever has a single character use Ryuo to mean CoC

we even have a panel of a Ryuo user looking at Luffy use CoC and say “That’s Oden’s ability”… This is Ryuo user who can only identify CoC as a ability Oden used… he has no other words to describe CoC besides “oden’s ability”

That doesn't make even the slightest bit of sense. Kaido can sense haki, and therefore there is no "assuming" going on. His question was in the form of being shocked at Zoro using CoC.

No, it doesn't make sense, because Kaido can sense haki. So him making that statement in assumption makes zero sense, because if he didn't sense CoC being used, then he would never make the statement, lol.

I like how people used to use Oden's age with Enma to show he was more advanced than Zoro. Because Oda is consistent, and draws the sword with the same proportion in Zoro's hand as he did in the hand of a guy twice Zoro's size.
