I mean, for HST standards Yhwach is extremly broken and in comparison to One Piece and Naruto, the verse has a lot tons of hax more, but they aren´t really special if we debate against most fictional verses/similar verses. Not only in terms of power, but more also in terms of abilities, they lacks a lot. You can say verses like Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Fairy Tail, Black Clover and Nanatsu no Taizai are solid average if it comes to broken hax. Somewhere around 5/10 or 5.5/10 at best. Even DB isn´t more broken, they have only an advantage, because of extreme high stats. There are so many verses outside and, i doubt someone could say he knows ALL verses. The possibilities are many many. And if we include cosmology then verses like the HST and friends are on the lowest bottom of power.

The question who is the most powerful, or most broken/haxed character can´t exist, because there are too many to compare. If i would make a list with 10 powerful verses, i could decide for me which verse is more and which verse is lesser powerful. But if it comes to a list where the most powerful/broken verses are relevant, i can´t tell. Because there isn´t such a thing. A world like Umineko is a really powerful verse and probably the most powerful verse that i know. But that doesn´t mean there aren´t other verses. Umineko isn´t just broken if it comes to hax, it is also broken because of the insane cosmology. Afaik they have 3 domains. A lower, a middle and a higher domain. Each of them have an infinite-dimensional strutcure. They also have some insane author/plot rewriting abilities on a high conceptual level.
Then there is Magi. A shonen, where i thought it will end in the league like Naruto, Bleach, etc. I was wrong, it fulfill at least one infinite-dimensional structure, which might be 1/3 of the Umineko verse in comparison. Author/Plot power are given too, viewing everything below their own dimension as mere fiction that can be erased/rewritten/etc.
Verses like Puella Magi Madoka Magika, Saint Seiya and Co. are using atleast some complex multiversal structures, but they aren´t even 1% of the capacity from such verses (Still infinite times more powerful then Bleach, JJBA, etc.)
I learned a lot in the past, and dropped my ignorance with focusing on a single verse. Boards like these, AV, CV, SB, etc., respect threads, or Wikis helped me a lot to understand that my knowledge is horrible limited. Of course those aren´t correct all the time, but they can often give you a bit the taste how powerful those verses and characters can be. At the end, consuming the work is better then just reading respect threads, or Wiki profiles. In the past i thought that way:
