Oda shit on his character

Oda started the TS with a new Usopp who trained changed etc. And 10 minutes into the story he changed it back to old Usopp and shit on all the time skip training and dev. That was insane lol

Nah, the Cook was kinda cool pre-TS. Lolda made him cringeworthy post-TS.

And then you remember that literally every relevant character combat-wise introduced in the New World has Armament + Observation given to them like its candy according to all Vivre Cards whether they have been shown actually using it or not.

He hasn't used it again neither in Wano nor in Egghead, and the latter is specially insulting because it would be extremely useful in finding people when you are separated into groups and also suspect that there's a mysterious person in the island. But nope, he just forgot that he has that skill.

He literally did nothing against S-Snake but cheer in the background while Lilith and Franky tried to fight her. Nothing.

He's worse than useless and at this point Elbaf can't save him and I think the only resort Oda has left is to milk his death.

Waste of panel time every time he's on screen.
