These arrows are some kind of hax, at least that is what is implied so it isn't as straightforward as >can they be cut...
So far no known counter to them has appeared but inevitably will. I don't think Perona's ghosts can be cut either.

Spitting facts. Gunko's arrows don't seem to be something that's meant to be uncuttable/indestructible. And even if they were, it wouldn't be the first time that we see Zoro cutting something that was said to be impossible to cut
Gunko's arrows shouldn't be uncutable but it's just that Zoro's attacks will get deflected instead of actually hitting the arrows themselves. Zoro himself has more risks of getting killed from his own attacks than hitting Gunko.
