General & Others Is Zoro the main reason you read One Piece?

I mainly participate in discussions about Zoro so when something happens(good or bad) with him in the manga it's good because it leads to more discussion.
But I don't really read the manga for him. I like the overall world and story. He isn't even my clear favourite SH much less character.

He’s definitely a huge reason for me. My top reason is I want to know what the One Piece is. I am invested in the lore.

OT : the most ''interesting'' chapters are definetely where Zoro appears. At his point though, I'm reading it out of ''obligation'' as I sunk hundreds of hours in this manga.

I wouldn’t say I read One Piece for any one character though

I know a fair amount of people checked out after the timeskip but I’m still enjoying the story just as much as I did pre timeskip (outside of a few questionable chapters here and there + Kaido’s entire character)

started watching as a kid liked Zoro the most but I love the series even without Zoro, then Marineford happend and Akainu got me hooked even more. now I only read for Admirals,Zoro/Mihawk and backstory because for some reson backstorys are the only place where Oda is not a bitch when it comes to writing.

Thinking about it, with the exception of:

• Sanji's choice to leave the crew and not realising Luffy will follow him
• The "conclusion" of the Vinsmoke plot point
• The clusterfuck of a ending in general

I greatly enjoyed the WCI arc which had no Zoro.
