General & Others It has been a week for me now since I stopped caring about powerscaling and getting triggered by other people's thoughts about my favorite characters

That’s good for you. In the end I think the best thing is to just pick your battles. Some are consummate trolls so you just don’t engage with them at all. Some may start reasonable but it soon becomes clear that they’re arguing in bad faith so it becomes pointless.
It can be frustrating, but it’s good to know when to cut things off for your own sanity.

Nah brah... I don't even involve my self in any discussion but I am not enjoying the series.... Only reason I am still checking is agendas, meltdowns in th forum keeps interesting :sighting:
If people stop doing that one piece will fade away from my life
I'm like that too, those things keep me interested.

Sadly, a lot of the meltdowns & upsets lately are byproducts of the fans themselves.
It is more interesting when the uproar is about something that Oda does, not what the fans do/expect.

For example, the shitstorm caused by G5 is more interesting than ZKK fiasco.

And honestly, its the most happy Ive been in a long, long time reading this series. A week or so ago I realized that I was living in a toxic filled cesspool of a mess weekly by indulding myself in the hardcore powerscaling and tribe wars this place has going on. And I decided to just stop caring and cut everything off, and its been a blast.

You guys should try it. Its really great and it may help you recover some of the love you lost for this series because toxic powerlevel debates sure as hell diminished my love for the series over time.
Good
It took you time,

:goyea:That's why you don't debate powerscaling seriously all the time

You gotta troll 70% of the time against Troll/delusional Users

Op breaks don't affect me anymore like back in 2022 or 2021 when I was still invested in OP for real

Post automatically merged:

What if Oda purposely made everything vague so that his fans won't stop taking about OP?

A very cunning method.
He actually did that on purpose so that he could retcon anything and also make more money

I see where you are coming from. Not only powerscaling, any type of debate can be annoying when the other party is completely delusional or extremely biased or resort to petty insults. Its better not to engage in such debates - say your piece and walk away.

I don't engage with it as much as I used to cause I realized it's pretty much pointless

Debating (generally) only works when either party is willing to admit they're wrong or they're willing to shift their position

When it comes to powerscaling that pretty much never happens so it's a waste of time
