How did Wei even survive after the Fire Dragons damn near disappeared over night.
The other states probably still preferred to bully Han lol

I headcanon that a lot of the Fire Dragons vassals were alive and participated in wars against other states, before dying or retiring before Gokei's death

He feared he would embarrasse Wei by getting tactically outplayed by a teenager which came true
Also hard to teach your son when you're busy carrying an entire state.
Okay that made me laugh lol

I have a much higher opinion of the Fire Dragons, and in my headcanon Go Kei was the wisest (and most experienced), Gai Mou the strongest, Rei Ou the most cunning and Earl Shi the most talented (equal to Q3).

The other 3 that got off-paneled ranged from Chou Sou/Rozo/Ba Nan Ji tier generals, so nothing to sneeze at.

Vassals weren't super impressive, but he did have two flat 90 hitters and just a vicious army altogether.

I wish Hara was more generous in this regard though.

Agreed. I believe Go Kei was around long enough to have faced many legends, known and forgotten, including a few of the 6GGs.
I think they're definitely above Chousou level at least, he got played with by Ouki but those 3 were supposed to be competitors with Ouki

I have nothing against them being on par with Kochou or the best of the Heavenly Kings and their equivalent.

I'm sure Taroji was a beast of a warrior
