Unless gege adds a new rule, black flash shouldn't be impossible with DA. it's just an increase of CE output. People using DA still uses CE to increase their attack power. Otherwise they're just hitting with pure physical strength which seems counterintuitive.

If he's not using it, it more than likely means it doesn't work. Sukuna seemingly has nothing to work around Limitless. That's the whole point behind depending on Mahoraga.
