To this point, it does not look like there is a way to damage Sukuna reliably via force or externals. No physical force or CT seems to get the upper hand against Sukuna. The fight against Sukuna needs to use Sukuna against himself through manipulation or to attack his soul. Megumi and Nobaro (Mahito could also) have the potential attack Sukuna internally. Yuji, being a previous vessel for Sukuna, probably has some connection that will be crucial. The last finger is going to be pivotal at some point.
He’s not even worried about Yuji here which is why he doesn’t care to go after him he’s blitzing higuruma cause he’s the only person who can actually harm here right here right now.

Besides, the magic powers are kinda a giveaway that the real world isn't that much of a moral reference point as to what JJK characters would do.
