so much so that he was surprised by the fact he was able to survive the first one....

However, he is overestimating Purple because of that. He thinks Gojo buffed the attack to 120% with a binding vow and he thinks that's what he tanked. He doesn't know Gojo's sneak attack Purple was buffed to 200% with the use of external help from multiple people. In turn, this makes Sukuna be more wary than he should of the technique.
You picked the worst possible panel to hype Gojo and Purple.
"tanked" losing two limbs isn't tanking an attack it's called surviving an attack - "I GOT AWAY" Sukunas own words... you also forgot that "direct hit was just under 4km" it was launched at 2.5 mi away traveling that distance to meet sukuna..
sukunas reaction speed and curse energy or domain amplification enforcement is what saved him here, thats not tanking anything...
if thats the case we can say hanami also tanked purple when he looked worse than Toji did by also reinforcing his cursed technique and protecting himself...
even so gojos non 100% purple did this to Sukuna while also destroying Mahoraga in the process & maho taking the blunt force of purple first:

you also want to talk about “sneak” attacks Sukuna was using sneak attacks the entire fight, sneak using Mahoraga through Megumis soul to adapt to limitless and unlimited void, not just once but twice… then used world slash as a sneak attack to win the fight against Gojo.
you Sukuna boys talk as if Sukuna would’ve gotten to that same result all by himself within that same time frame but the truth is he would’ve never been able to bypass infinity without Mahoraga in order to beat Gojo before he lost all his CE/CT utilization.
Let’s say everything plays out the same but he doesn’t use Maho but we come to the chapter before Gojo loses where Sukuna is at the end of the rope in Megumis body so he does the switch to his heian era form and uses his cursed tool, how far do you think Sukuna goes from there against Gojo?

this fraud can't even take out Maki with 2 blackflashes so he had to create a new binding vow for his domain so he can take her out of the fight

He needed Megumi Maho to beat Gojo. 2v1 and it was a high diff. If fraudkuna was truly the strongest he wouldn’t fight the way he did.

The Kamino "Divine Furance" hype has died. The requirement for him to use Cleave and Dismantle first is borderline meaningless and not at all interesting. You're telling me the censor black box was just Greg not telling us the name of the technique that looks like it might be really strong fire and when it really is just really strong fire? I hope there's more to it. The only saving grace is that it looks really cool. If there's something like a ritual involved that might make it even more cool.
