Megumi just doesn’t accidentally became Sukuna play thing. Sukuna planned for it and it worked. I don’t need to remember you that Sukuna had eyes on Megumi since day one and planned his absorption for a long time now.
So putting Megumi out of the plan when he was a good part of the plan is stupid.
