I think he literally has all those heads on his body.
But you can just delete Katakuri and get a similar result as the middle pic, since Katakuri basically looks half like Zoro.... And it would probably look even better if one left out Daifuku as well. He just slims down the nose and jawline a little bit. Oven has the closest similarity, but that can easily be a coincidence.
Kaido has a very indistinct face, actually, aside from his creased brow.

one thing I know is if Kaido's Jr is stronger than calamities, then they have atleast 2 YC1 lvl characters. Thats a great thing.
Kaido's crew is looking more and more formidable if that's the case.

Fuckin dumbass... I will not repeat this one more time but this.

Kaido's son:

And yes, he will be strong and obvious he will look badass.

This too:

No joke:

- Authoritative nature: He's telling a henchman to tell Jack to take care of this. Jack deals with the underworld trades. Queen asked Jack if he knew where to get new trade deals from after Doflamingo. That right there already sounds like he's above Jack. And he also says it so nonchalantly too.
- The fancy seat: Not trying to be funny, but the guy is sitting somewhere by himself monitoring this stuff on a pretty descent seat. No henchmen would be monitoring underworld trades by himself otherwise.
- Horns. These horns look super reminiscent of Kaido and his lineage. Granted, some headliners, Numbers and Jack also seem to have these horns, so kind of a non-argument atm. Jack and the Headliners however are fake horns. Numbers we are unsure of until we actually see them.
- Fancy/Feathered coat: Like Doflamingo, Katakuri (with his scarf), Corazon and Law it may indicate a form of class with the character.

I'd be down if this was his son, he actually would have been the first Beasts Pirate we technically see lol.

Edit: And before anyone thinks this too long of a foreshadow, realize Rayleigh appeared nearly 500 chapters before he was introduced.

Exactly this.

Also it's time to start clearing all this Underworld theme and who are they connected to.

At the moment, we have:

- Shichibukai/World Government: "Heavenly Demon", "Joker" Donquixote Doflamingo.

- Big Mom: Baron Tamago and Pekoms.

- Supernova: Eustass "Captain" Kid and "Massacre Soldier" Killer.

- CPO/World Government: Rob Lucci and another mysterious guy who wears clothes like a literal broker from 20-50's (he resembles a bit like Franky... But he might be another CP0 agent).

Now, remaining hidden we have:

- A long haired dude that looks like a ninja/samurai/swordman. And no, he's not Hawkins.

- Cigar afro muscular dude with ponytail that resembles a mob boss with another slender dude who seems to wear a butler outfit...

- A strange creature who resembles a bit about Gecko Moria... Maybe from the same breed.

- The cowboy and headphones pair who seems to be bounty hunters, hitmen or so.

- Bald horned dude who clearly seems to be Kaido's son and his underling who resembles a bit to Marine Nezumi.

- The spear/trident old dude who smoke (I think he could be Vegapunk, Loki's father, Franky's father or related to Elbaf because I have the feeling that he's very tall. Also he resembles a bit to God Odin IMO).

- Three mysterious figures possibly undercover with weird pirate eccentric pirate costumed or so.

All of these dudes serves under a determinated "flag" or big party so we will start to discover the hidden ones since this arc, Wano.

If Oda makes Kaido jr strong I expect him to be the Ace/Snack of the Beast pirates, next best thing after the top 3.,a young guy with potential.

I feel like he'll probably be an ally

the fact that he hasn't even been mentioned up until now indicates that he isn't very involved in his father's crew. I could see him hating Kaido for what he did to wano. Plus, the alliance needs more allies.
