Keep in mind that ONE/Murata actually care about powerscaling, unlike Lolda. They had to nerf Phoenix Man because bro looked like a high Dragon level threat, when he’s supposed to be below the Cadres. Their L was making Phoenix Man too strong to begin with and then having to take that shiny toy away from the community. (also I never read the redraw of that fight so idk if it’s good or not)
