Kaido is only strong with his devil fruit you do realize that? if you take it away hes just a weakling take a look at him without it on rocks,

Do you actually think him getting yonko is a strength based thing? go re-read one piece for the sake of that

Thought he was pretty cool in his introduction post-timeskip and he has quite a few moments where he comes off as really threatening and I enjoy them like, obviously, his introduction, him knocking out Luffy with Thunder Bagua, him shooting Oden after boiling him alive and him cutting Orochi's head off. Him lifting Onigashima was also really impressive. Wish Oda would give him more depth, or a flashback atleast before his downfall. I think the dude's pretty cool even if he's not the most engaging villain.

Kaido is not my favourite villain in One Piece and in many ways he's a cliché villain, but no one can deny his badassery, and his relationship with Linlin and his Calamities and him having killed Orochi's grandma for interferring with his fight with Oden gives him some depth. I am really curious about his relationship with Xebec and with Linlin when they were younger.

Has the best feats in the Manga so far.

I have mixed opinions when it comes to Kaido, I still like Kaido but not that much.

So far Kaido really lacks as a villain and I would also say he lacks a bit as a character as well, he does sometimes have cool moments and there are times where I do like his character but other than that I don't think his character is that great.

While I don't hate Kaido, I can kind of understand the criticism when it comes to his character.
