1. Kidd wasn't exhaustedhe literally attacks her after he assigned her. Nothing indicates assign takes a bunch of energy
Assign forced BM backwards and she couldn't stop it. Assign would create openings and would keep BM off of them for as long as Kidd could do it. It would make perfect sense for Kidd to keep assigning BM to force openings and reduce potential damage.
2. Assign isn't Kidd's only awakening ability. And again Kidd shown nothing that assign takes alot out. By feats Kidd literally was attacking BM right after. Nothing shows Kidd would be so taxed he can't use assign more.
3. For the last time and stop trying to use Kidd and law that's already be debunked. Law isn't trying to control your body but send a shock wave through it so haki shouldn't stop. And BM got out of kids assign seconds after he used it. And no it doesn't make sense for it to have a time limit as none of Kidd's magnetism has ever had time limits but hold as long as Kidd wanted the structures to hold. Luffy's the only case but just like law he was attacking kaido at the same time he was effecting his body which might be a case of luffy's physically> kaido's haki defense. But Luffy is a outlier not the standard.
