RS Sanji is stronger than Base DJ Sanji. Why would he use his RS then? Do you see the logical hole here?
Sanji was grabbed even before Kings beak made contact with him. He could've 1. avoid being grabbed and 2. at least break out of kings grab. Both instances didn't happen. And no he wasn't distracted, he was looking at king who was on his right sight. It doesn't matter if he had momo with him, his RS boosts his speed regardless and it did nothing to avoid king. RS Sanji was also knocked out for few chapters he didn't tanked it. If he truly did tank it, he wouldn't have been KO for some time.

He didn't report any significant damage to King at all.
Also, in the vivrecard of King It is written that you can't free yourself After being grabbed and he was grabbed when he throwed Momo to shinobu

Bounty is not a compelling indicator of power level since it's based on a multitude of factors. Oda has consistently proven that King stands above Queen by just looking at the difference in performance he had with Sanji and Queen had with Sanji or how proficiently King is behaving against Zoro.

Actually lately i feel that bounty does indicate power level to a degree, i think both King and Queen are above Katakuri and i think King is comfortably above Marco after the latest showing.

If BMs crew does in fact show up when the island lands, the most I expect from Smoothi/Snack/Compote are montage moments of them fighting and subsequently being defeated by someone. I could see Yamato clashing with her, then we get a few pages here and there. Then we get Yamato winning over the course of 5-10 chapters while the Yonko fights occur. That's basically it.

I think I can explain this:
1. He did use it as a disguise, yes Zoro and Usopp and Robin were able to keep a low profile because of their disguises; however, a few things changed since then. Namely the beast pirates becoming aware of intruders. When Luffy entered he immediately alerted Hawkins who alerted the Tobi Roppo and up of intruders. As to disguise himself and test out something he believed may be helpful in the future (it was) he wore the suit against page one.

2. The raid suit doesn’t boost kicking strength unless Sanji was using the booster, judging by the speed Momo was moving Sanji never activated the booster that was just Sanjis base kicks.

3. Him having Momo does excuse this as Sanji in the moment decided that escaping with Momo would put Momo in unnecessary danger so he through Momo to safety and took the hit for him. Similar to what he did with Enel in Skypeia.

4. Come on we all know Sanji wasn’t knocked out. The timeline doesn’t add up and Sanji showed no sign of damage. He was knocked away to the other brain towers.
