I'm just so happy King is in the last chapter! His role in the story isn't finished, I know it!
I have a theory that maybe after the Lunarians were driven away from the Red Line, they came to live in God Valley, and their demise is related to what happened there. If my theory is correct, then Oda will tell us what happened to the Lunarians when he decides to tell us about what happened in God Valley. And that, he certainly will.
