King got a big ass katana (Queen's sword looks like a butter knife in comparison) and Zoro showed interest in the fire cutting ability in Punk Hazard, if any King is the perfect opponent for him.
Sure King can fly but at this state of the series he should be able to deal with that type of gimmick.

A 300mil bounty genie with a bisento is definitely a proof of keeping legs safe from 1Bil+ master swordsman...
If Zoro is struggling against a 200mil. Mentaly unstabble and who is forced using different weapons from what he normaly have, i can't imagine what will happen to Zoro when King gets his legs (
) on him. His CoO is lacking and he can't tank a single stab so

Does he look like he's mentally unstable or does he look like he's calm, calculated, and able to hold intelligent conversations?
Oda having Zoro drop his guard against the fox, which is unlike Zoro to drop his guard against anybody, equals to struggling.
We all saw what happened the first time he used a named attack.

He stopped Killer from pulling the sight out of his body by just flexing his muscles. Want any bad scenes I have seen throughout the entire manga. That reminds me of when Whitebeard was stabbed and didn't even flinch.
Do you honestly believe Kings legs will be stronger than his sword attacks?
I will say this. Luffy's crew isn't like Kaido or Big Mom's. Zoro was always close in strength to Luffy. Now post-skip seems to have changed this with Luffy getting progressively stronger abilities and unlocking stronger haki, however I don't think Zoro could be that far behind. Enma seems to be a big boost and the nidai kitetsu could bring the difference between Zoro and Luffy to what it was pre-WCI, especially if the kitetsu is tied to Zoro's asura.
Luffy's crew seems to be similar to Shanks's. It was stated in vivre card(I believe) that beckman rivals Shanks in power and during shanks's bounty reveal, the strength of his crew was highlighted.
Hence, I think its possible that Sanji could fight King, with Zoro playing a main role in the defeat of Big Mom. After all, Zoro usually fights the second strongest, and the second strongest of the Wano arc isn't King, but rather big mom, who so happens to be a swordsman.
Basically, by the end of wano, the SHP would have 2 low top tiers(Luffy and Zoro), 1 YC1(Sanji), and 1 YC2(Jinbe). Luffy would be the weakest yonko(or maybe second weakest if Kid becomes an emperor), but would have the strongest crew.
