In strategical warfare, and provided that Homei surpasses Gokei, and with Gaimou & Ranbihaku serving in his army, I don't think the Qin6 have any direct advantage over him. I don't think he'd be a match for Ousen in strategical warfare but he'd give him a run for his money. I'm expecting a matchup with Tou, and Q3 will likely play their biggest role yet against Wei

Yeah, Hara might be setting up Gouhoumei for post-Riboku era. The thing is I cant imagine Ousen/Kanki/Tou/Moubu ever losing to Gouhoumei. Even Yotanwa beats his ass.

It's literally unfair for Ouki to have a second in command as strong as Tou, the Ouki army might be the strongest army in the series
GHM will be Gokei level or above so it doesn't matter
I don't expect any state other than Chu to give Qin as much trouble as Zhao but Wei can give them a few extreme diff battles before they fall
GHM with Gaimou, Ranbihaku and that archer dude will be a formidable army and we still have time for some retired random generals to show up
