I've had this thought for a while as well, looking back at Kizaru's past actions he always seems to cause anguish both physical and mental. I always think about the scene where he almost hits Zoro point-blank with his light kick in chapter 511.

Like this dude intentionally delays his attack as the other members desperately try to save him. Usopp and Brook can't hit him, and he steps on Zoro to prevent Robin from moving him. The other members look in shock at Zoro's situation. And we know he delayed his attack as he's done this same move much faster before. It's like he wanted to intentionally cause as much dread as possible before fully killing Zoro.

:crazwhat:

You could probably apply this to all of his other actions as well. I think you're on to something here as this guy for sure has a sinister side that we'll see more of when he gets serious towards the end of the series.

That's what I'm saying.

If you actually look at the way Kizaru fights his opponents he clearly enjoys tormenting/playing around with them.

- Little concern for those around him.- well after Marco hit him he told the marines around him to chill and stay back, dude has no concern for pirates.
+You want Kizaru to be more evil than he is, dude tortured pirates no big deal, they were in a fight so.
Smoker himself toyed with Luffy, and wanted to torture him, good luck ma man dragon saved him from a choke.
Being negative to pirates does not make 1 a psychopath. His moto is lazzy justice/unclear justice, dude is just chilling.

If you wanna understand Kizaru's justice you need to look at the scene with Kuma sending Straw Hats away

Kizaru understood what Kuma did but didn't act against him. If this was Akainu he would already be killing Kuma no questions asked.

But Kizaru didn't, he was UNCLEAR on what to do. He came there to capture/kill people, but when present with a totally different situation he didn't know what to do. Kizaru never petitioned to become FA because Kizaru can't think for himself.

Kizaru is unclear in his ways, he abides by orders and if something changes said order he is lost. He knows this and would make for a terrible FA so he never wanted to become one.

Instead he became someone who follows orders

I think his motto “Unclear Justice” and the fact that his name sounds like Kikazaru (a monkey in Japanese stories that can’t recognize good or evil) strongly imply that Kizaru has no moral compass whatsoever.

If he were at O’Hara instead of Aokiji, he would have just killed Robin and Saul on the spot without a second thought. Akainu would have to justify it through his warped black and white morality, while Kizaru wouldn’t care at all.

Furthermore, I think Kizaru’s “troll”-ish attitude and sarcasm heavily imply that he’s a sadist who likes toying with his opponents. This is on full display when he screws around with the supernovas and later with Marco after he gets cuffed.

This inability to recognize/care about good or evil actually makes Kizaru extremely unpredictable and by far the most dangerous admiral.
I always called this out,Kizaru's lack of care for the outcome is a serious deal.He is the perfect underling for a lunatic like Akainu.Aokiji and Fujitora would never accept Akainu's extreme methods.
