Kuzan will be at least ~4, no doubts. Maybe even fairly above.

I have always said Akainu = 5 billions because there were hints. Now there are hints fir Kuzan to be at least ~ 4.

The more Oda delays it, the bigger it should be.
Bare minimum I'd say 3.5B, with the limit being Teach's bounty. (so if Teach gets an upgrade before, Kuzan's bounty could be around 4B)

The fact that the Vivre Card deliberately teased his bounty makes me think 3.8b is too low of an estimate.

3. He literally fought Akainu for 10 days and left him riddled with scars despite the disadvantage.
4. Kuzan was called the monster recruit for his fighting ability when he was recruited by the navy but gained more strength when he was trained by Garp the hero.
5. He defeated Garp the hero of the navy without going all out.
6. The gorosei called him that enormous power and questioned the fleet admiral why he was on the side of a yonko.

Those points just talking about power and you add to what he knows from having been a member of the navy.

When Rayleigh, the greatest sidekick might not even have 4B

Teach having 5B =/= Kuzan having 4B or more
That's not how bounties go.

As a captain, Teach is bound to have 1.2B or more than Kuzan.
Roger has 5.5B, Ray at best might have 4B.

Garp is so important that if he betrayed the navy to save Ace at Marineford it would have literally caused mass civil unrest throughout the world.

But no capturing him is only going to tack 100 million onto 3 billion.

I guess it's possible but I still doubt it. Not even Mihawk has that bounty and neither does current Blackbeard despite them doing some pretty impressive stuff in-verse.
