Character Discussion Law and Kid are special in their tier list!

Hey Guys!

Thanks to Shishio, i could finaly see Odas long plan for Kid and Law and understand now their placing and their kind of fight against Big Mum.

First of all, back to the fight:
The fight around Big Mum was heavily build around awakanings and devil fruits. While Linlin is also known for her Adv. Haki, she wasnt able to put down Law and Kid, specially Kid, since he acted as the tank in that fight. This point alone speaks for their massive physically stats. No other character could take nearly the same damage and still be on their feats or counterattack. Again, we have to consider no adc haki in it here for both!

And then, Kid and Law overpowered Big Mum each on their own way against her Devil Fruit + Haki, they managed to take down an Yonko.

So, they were able to put down a Yonko, only with their physical stats and her devil fruit awakaning. Still, they got put at the same tier as Luffy by Oda and/or the world government.

This fact lead into much confusion, how can they be the same thread as Joyboy-Godlike-Mastermind-HyperMC-Nika-Luffy?
But, Shishio made it clear for me.

Conclusion:
They are feared, since they are already on a top tier league, able to take down Yonkos and still havent nearly maxed any kind of Haki. They play in the biggest league and still have alot to reach in the known scala. Everyone else in that League has already Adv. Haki of any form or several forms, everyone except them. If they now are able to master these Hakilevels, for example Law Adv. CoO, Kid AdvCOC and AdvCOA they would jump in a League of above the known Top Tiers right now. Thats why they are heavily feared too.

And they will reach that point, since they will lead, together with Luffy, the World Revolution against Imu and the world government!

Hands down, Luffy, Kid and Law are monsters and they will conquer the whole world.

No, Law & Kid lost in a direct confrontation against Big Mom, they only won thanks to three factors:

1. They were Tanky enough to endure her long enough (You already addressed that)
2. Law is literally her Achilles Heel & they heavily relied on surprising her all the time (95% of their Attacks were while she was looking away)
3. They relied on throwing her off the Island instead of Knocking her out themselves & the Bombs were so convenient to KO her

Kid & Law still have much to learn
They demonstrated that their DFs are really strong, but without Top Tier Haki applied to it, they are still far weaker than the Big Dogs

No, Law & Kid lost in a direct confrontation against Big Mom, they only won thanks to three factors:

Extremely unlikely in reality

1. They were Tanky enough to endure her long enough (You already addressed that)

which itself already a testament to why Meme can’t win. Both Law/Kid are injured/Fatigue before the fight even starts. Kid literally being Nerfed during the battle.

2. Law is literally her Achilles Heel & they heavily relied on surprising her all the time (95% of their Attacks were while she was looking away)

Not sure how this supports ur point. Law is an exceptional counter to Meme. An it’s a team battle, so the surprise factor wouldn’t suddenly disappear in another 2-1 fight lol.

3. They relied on throwing her off the Island instead of Knocking her out themselves & the Bombs were so convenient to KO her

No real evidence the Bombs were even needed tho. It’s made pretty clear Law could blow up the island himself. an there’s very Little manga evidence that meme capable of surviving that fall when fresh, let alone near death. But to be honest the bombs themselves just equal out Law/Kid condition before the fight.

True to some extent, there not far off anybody at this point. Oda been going out of his way to showcase that. Ling/Queen getting neg by a top tier was a prime example

A close relative of mine, ex-military, would definine it a no factor.

I don't think you are so poor at reading that you don't get that Linlin's trashtalk was a pathetic bluff, called out by both Kidd & Law literally 1-2 pages later.

I mentioned my relative's background just to borrow that term that perfectly describes the bombs. Their only purpose was the dramatic explosion silenced by R-Room.

I'd say it was much more convenient for Luffy to:
- Being babysitted 99% of the war
- Being saved by Polar Tang while drowning
- Being served a whole banquet during the war
- Coming back from the fucking deads

Or for Zoro to be injected with a miracolous elixir, or for Sanji to awaken his exoscheletron right when he was going to be beheaded

Let's not talk about convenience with Kidd & Law since they made the least use of that term when compared to everybody else

Let's be low IQ for a moment and assume the bombs defeated a Yonko, is that an attack from Law and Kid ? NO , she's CLEARLY HEALTHY before eating the bomb , so yea i read the manga

Defeating a Top Tier in a 2v1 without breaks or helps (and while being nerfed) is more impressive than defeating a Top Tier 15v1 with lot of breaks and helps.

I feel much more confident in pairing Kidd & Law against a Top Tier than Luffy alone. Every. Day. Of. The. Week.

kaido attacked luffys attack with his strongest attack yet he still lost but bigmom tanked kidds strongest attack even if she was on her last leg she tanked it and was only taken out by a bomb all oda could have done was remove the bomb and let kidd ko her but no he added the bombs
