I think the epilogue yonko are the rookies Ace told Yamato about

• Cavendish
• Bege
• Kid
• Law

Of course this would be a few decades after the main timeline

I can't imagine Cavendish as a Yonko.
I know he'll do something impressive and world shaking in the current timeline, I just don't know what.
He'll be Luffy's top general outside of the SH's for sure and maybe that's how he'll make his mark.
But who knows what the state of the world or fleet or SH's will be at the series end.
