Kid will probably be because he's the type to grab the open territories that get left in the power vacuum of BM and Kaido going down. Law really isnt that type of go getter kind of pirate.
He's also a conqueror with an awakened DF and landed the "Final Blow" on Big Mom.
Plus Kid's crew (Just Killer Really) is stronger than Law's crew. If he can like recruit a Hawkins and or Kaido's gifter/headliner forces to his side (slight nod to this potentially happening in the new chapter with Kaido's forces and Kidd both not vibing with the Sacrificial Suicidal Samurai) I can Def see Kidd getting a hype piece about him in a Big News Morgans article.
Another piece of the Kid for Yonko thing is that Oda's played up the "Bad Rumor Mill" storyline for Kid. Misinformation has given him a bad reputation while the truth would likely have gotten him a better rep. Its possible Oda turns that on it's head so that he can receive positive hype/stories about him and bump his cred up higher than it should be as the bad rumors knocked him pegs lower than they should have.
