Like Momoo or the Bananawani or Satori or Jerry or the PX? Bobbin was kicked by a not diable jambe's kick meanwhile Raisin was kicked by a Diable Jambe's kick, it's not the same and, furthermore, the mental state of Sanji is not the same.
Page One had weeks for recovery if he was k.o., we don't know was happen there. Plus, his case and the Raisin's case is different because in one case Oda changed the front and in the other did not.

Didn't the anime show that he was fine right after?
Sanji didn't K.O anyone. He got a good kick in and dipped. If Page One can take a gear 3 post upon training with the new haki & all he gets is a slightly loosened jaw, and seemed fine, sanji's kick gave him a damn good headache. He was down and got up shortly after.

The Anime also made Sanji kick P1 over 30 times before he went hybrid, while it took only 1 kick in the manga. The anime made Sanji kick him over 30 times in total, drop an attack that looked like a nuke and P1 was stil fine lol
Anime is filler, when will people finaly get it?
The simple fact that P1 went missing after the fight for over a week makes it more than obvious that he got knocked out. It was his and Drakes job to kill Sanji, then why did we only see Drake in the next day? Where was P1? Why wasn't the city getting destroyed further? It worked to lure Sanji out the first time, why not keep doing it? Sanji attacked P1 exactly of that reason in the first place, so he doesn't destroy the city and endanger the people there.
This shit is so obvious, but ofc some people use fillers and mental gymnastics for their biased reasons.
Who says Luffy used his new Haki on P1? That moment was obviously saved for chapter 1000 and Luffy damaging Kaidou.

I just think you're vastly overrating a kick from sanji. Unless they're fodder Sanji doesn't one hit knock out his opponents. Hell Yonji got offscreen but he was still conscious.
There's no reason to actually believe page one would be knocked out and oda not actually show it. Also during that section of the manga oda was skipping several days at a time anyways.

Just as @Hiragaro said, anime is filler, but IMO just when it shows something different shown or said to the manga. And this is the case.
