Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't- Oda has never specifically focused on Sanji's CoO to make the point that Sanji's Observation Haki is anything special. If Sanji did or does have some kind of special CoO, then Oda would need to point it out specifically, show it in the manga.

I don't see Sanji's CoO as being a Advanced one.

The 4 basic techniques that one can learn and use after acquiring Observation Haki are:
Presence Sensing- Ussop used this one to locate Sugar
Strength Sensing- Blackbeard used this one to gauge Luffy's strength when they first met in the bar
Emotion Sensing - This is the one Sanji used to hear and feel the pain of women that was a trap in the Wano Arc
Intent Sensing- this is the normal and most common ability of Observation Haki, used for dodging attacks

Future Sight is the only Advanced technique revealed in the manga thus far, and only Luffy and Katakuri have shown to be able to use it.

I say that Sanji just used the basic Emotion Sensing technique to hear and feel the emotions and voices of the women crying for help (which wasn't even real, it was a trap set up by Black Maria's subordinates).

So no i don't believe that Sanji's CoO is stronger than Luffy's, its the reverse-Luffy's CoO is stronger than Sanji's, since Luffy is the only one in the crew who has shown to be able to use Future Sight, the Advanced technique of CoO.

^Luffy's scene of commenting on Sanji's whole deal of sensing Black Maria was nothing more than a long running gag that Sanji can sense a women from a mile away, a gag that started with Sanji's return to Saboady. At best its just Emotion Sensing- a basic ability of CoO, at worst it was done for nothing more than comedic relief.

Sanji's CoO to sense women is no stronger than Luffy's sense of smell to locate meat and food.

people mixing something. why sanji need FS ? his speed and accelaration is more than Luffy . Sanjis CoO is proper for his character . large range and sensetive perceive is enough sanji to dodge everything. Luffy is slower compared to zoro and sanji .

calm = sanji fighting style.
even if Luffy has CoO , he has yo calm against Kaido to use CoO . Possible or impossible . decide.

Luffy is not slower than Zoro.

Because when we look queen attack versatility, he seems he are able to make more attack at same time. We know every body upgrade interms of attack.

I agree sanji is the observation haki specialist on the crew but Oda made clear in a vivre card that sanji is powered by his emotions, the more emotion he has, the hotter the flame in diable jambe burns (the more powerful he gets).

Same time Oda say Sanji is faster than Luffy he is saying that Sanji is slow compared to Niji because he wasn't using RS.

CoO Sanji is better than Luffy's for sure. But to say Sanji was immune to Katakuri's FS only for dodging one bean is pure bullshit. Luffy also was capable of grabbing Katakuri and bringing him to Mirror World with him.
