That level of COA makes his attacks many times stronger. We know this as it was shown in whole cake island, that luffy could not break past one of perespeor's constructs without using haki.

We don't know if a elephant gun could go though the candy wall and if it did break the candy wall how does that show non hardened make a jet pistol many times stronger than a monster trio attack.

I'm not talking 2 times or even 5 times stronger that hardened coa may give a attack Im talking about 25+ times stronger that's how much stronger luffy got from the time skip.

Wait for him discovering even more advanced version of Haki or/and DF usage

Luffy's battle intelligence is quite rare, I guess when it comes to haki he is still not the strongest in the verse in that domain but when it comes to devil fruit power I haven't seen anything more broken thus far if we exclude the obvious Sugar devil fruit or similia and even then it depends.
