So 2 things here, Luffy is 100% speaking of '' Someone ''.. And the '' Came '' refers to Egghead, that someone
is not coming to their position.. Luffy is saying that Someone infiltrated Egghead.. So Kizaru is still at Sentomaru's
place and Luffy sensed him..


- Tsuee No Ga!!!
- Someone Strong


So Luffy never said someone '' Very Powerful '' is coming.. Only a Strong guy arrived on Egghead..

Yes, admiral fans think an admiral is enough to take on a Yonko crew, very delusional .
Even Sentomarou who was so beat up wasn't afraid of him and they think the GOD of Liberation fears him. Luffy is just shocked and nothing else.
When Doom dutt da da hits it will be over before it starts. Boro Breath couldn't pierce the ground luffy rubberized so if he rubberizes entire egghead no weapon, not even mother flame would work. There is only L remaining for the marines. They still have to find the 4th poneyglyph so the crew losing won't happen at all.

It's a unproper speech manner if anything..

Omae - Omee - You
Sugoi - Sugee - Incredible
Tsuyoi - Tsuee - Strong

It's just a regular Strong from the way Luffy speak..
