I personally hope not since it would both be too soon in my opinion and also a sign that Oda is seriously cutting corners and rushing things.
I mean there are already signs/arguments for that (Luffy getting three major powerups within two arcs vs only getting one in all of the first half), but him beating him solo, even if Kaido is weakened a bit, would seal the deal.
