My 2 cents is peeps should try to be a bit more understanding, not everyone can be calm and cool under disagreements . Some are more sensitive than others and yeah it's easy to just call it dramatic but no one really knows what someone is going through outside the forum to be reacting that way. Easier to judge than to try to understand someone. Frankly I think forum games are not worth getting stressed out or angry about but it is what it is. If you know you are on the sensitive side I think it would be good to take a step away from the game or forum for a bit. Catch a breather, process how you feel and if still feel that way just take an extended break from Mafia before coming back.

I would say talk it out but in some instances it is better to say your piece and they say theirs and you two go on your separate way. Don't interact with them and they won't interact with you, you can co exist with someone you don't get along with

We all should just give less fucks. I decided midway in weebs that i will stop giving fucks, when subouts and complaints were smashed on me, I felt better later on. Frustration is just way too common nowadays.

I feel bad that a simple joke nowadays is fucking up people. We hosts also went through alot of stress, I can understand that me Ratch and Fooj were teasing a mafia, which in all fairness was leading the game in every stage of it. It was a lighthearted moment and I hope we can maybe take a breather and reflect on this cause.

Please guys, spite each other less and share the stuff you have in common. Love for mafia, love for the community as a whole.

I don't think it's the games that caused this themselves
But that she feels that a community that she was a part of since Orojackson days changed overnight and she no longer feels welcomed
Back in the day people who signed up were actually playing. Everyone tried. There was shitposting, but not to that extent. Mech wise and setup wise everyone could do stuff, but the other factions also could do stuff which countered the other stuff. You know, actual balance. And there was nobody hurting people's feelings. People respected each other and kept pranks and emotional attacks out of the game. Efforts were also actually rewarded.

Nowadays it's game throwing, broken setups which should be labeled as bastard and too much shitposting. I'm fed up with this bullshit.

If things change drastically I might come back. But as things stand now I will quit for good.

Back in my day it was a cruel cold blooded all out war in mafia and people knew exactly what they were getting themselves into. You either survive and win the game or die. Mafia games were generally balanced, people didn't get up on their emotions over the sillest things, and everyone knew at the end of the day that it's mafia and we grow stronger from it and start the next mafia game with a clean page.

I always tell people that in mafia environment you ain't my friend, I will crush you if you are mafia and I will have no sympathy. Or crush you as townie if I am mafia and will have absolutely no sympathy. Have fun sure, but don't expect people to care about a person emotions/feelings in mafia environment. For emotional manipulation is a thing.

You can't come here and say 'people shouldn't hurt a person feelings' because we reached an age where people are soo fickle that anything you say or do will hurt their feelings. So when you play a game like mafia where people will do whatever it takes to lynch you if you are scum, back stab you, pressure you to oblivion, getting into a long heated argument. You are literally inviting someone to hurt your feelings and you sign up knowing very well that in a mafia environment your feelings will absolutely at one point get trampeled on and you should hold your self accountable to control yourself. Throwing a tantrum about it for the world to see won't do you any good.

If you are too soft or sensitive and know that playing mafia will just stress you out then simply don't play the game, take a break recharge and come back when you feel like you are mentally ready to dive back into the battle field once again.

I def wanna improve, that's why my next game will be more like an OJ trad game. And I want only a pool of players that will really play mafia. (new or old players, just damn play the game xD)

I am not trying to insult people in here, but if someone is having a breakdown over something, it's not the best idea to tell them their feelings aren't valid like how a lot of people are doing right now

you don't even need to be a therapist to understand this, even if you disagree with her, save it for later, not while she's crying for fucks sake

Just here to inform everyone I will be leaving the WG Mafia community. I was one of the people who built this community and don't feel welcome anymore, nor are games here the same they used to be. At least not for me. I always get fucked over by either bullshit setups or people who are part of my team, be it Town or Mafia, who decide to throw the game. Games are supposed to be fun and they caused me so much frustration lately they're simply not worth my time anymore. If you put effort in and never win anyway, what's even the point. My game experience these days is just miserable. So Goodbye. See you never again here. Unless things drastically change I won't be coming back.
agree with this.

If you want me to be honest, I have a problem with Ratchet.

Over the course of the last months the guy
- insulted me personally on multiple levels, be it my intelligence or what not
- was a complete asshole to me not a bit considerate of my feelings
- hurt me both physically and emotionally by bringing my heart issues back by pranking me so hard I got worked up so much I actually couldn't fucking breathe anymore
- apologized for the above, promising me to be more considerate in the future, he didn't do shit and continues being an asshole
- hosts completely unbalanced games, putting me on the receiving end of bullshit, then tells me I'm not even allowed to complain or vent else I get modkilled, causing my frustration to boil up so much due to a lack of venting opportunities I actually start fucking crying irl out of frustration that my family are worried about me
- has the nerve to argue against my feelings and tries dictating me how I should feel when it's MY FEELINGS FFS

So yeah, that guy is an asshole and I've arrived at a point at which I don't even wanna see his avatar anymore because of how shitty he treats me and because he's an actual threat to my physical and mental health at this point and my playing experience generally is just shit these days. So I'm leaving. You don't have to understand any of this, don't even try arguing against it. It's my personal feelings and they were hurt beyond repair.

Goodbye.
Noooo!! take a break!!

Just put tsundere ratchet on ignore. i'v done it on past, then unignored depending on my mood of him, if he still being a tsundere then he back on ignore.
