Discord is actually the best thing, it even has a search function, each host can setup their own servers. They can invite everyone on one discord and then distribute channels and make them hidden. You can actually do crazy shit and I know many mafia hosts that have their own host discord for role PMs and mafia chats/dead chats/spec chats.

But I can understand when people wanna keep it on forums only because they are used to or it's more convenient for them.
