He is not looking for Shanks or for anyone at the same level but someone stronger

mihawk is strong, but my point is that he should not be compared to Saitama in terms of not having any peer

There's no one on Mihawks level that's why he's bored and travels around looking for fights or ways to kill time

Saitama trains Genos maybe he can get a challenge
Mihawk trains Zoro to get a challenge

Mihawk is actually a good cook and farmer has a weird relationship with Persona
Saitama also enjoys cooking and shopping has a weird relation with Tatsumaki

Mihawk is actually a chill guy (enjoyed a party with Shanks)
Saitama enjoys video games (Plays with King)

There's actually a lot of similarities between the two please don't @ me about hurr durr Vista

the WG sent a buster call to take down mihawk, boa hancock and buggy.
buster call = 10 battleships + 5 vice admirals + 1 admiral.

mihawk is the WSS and he is one man.
boa hancock has an army of haki masters.
buggy has powerful level 6 escapees that whitebeard the WSM himself didn't want to fight against them.

it's low IQ to say that a buster call vs one man is "irrelevant".

if anything shanks got more hyped so not hurt at all nor do I believe he is the strongest in the verse
