I recalled that Tobirama's feats and portrayal while alive simply do not match his edo ones, bro lost to fucking Ginkaku and Kinkaku, absolute fodder characters, no way is he even beating Jonin Minato, forget Hokage Minato.

Well in the third ninja world war, Kabuto was infiltrating the other villages,so Danzo should know what they know based on fighting minato,I think it would be weird if someone in an Intel agency doesn't know how the most famous ninja fights. That doesn't stop Minato from winning though

Not necessarily(?). We know that Kinkaku and Ginkaku attacked a diplomatic meeting, killing the Raikage, and almost killing Tobirama,but idk If it was a proper fight or just a sneak. Later on he's killed by the "kinkaku unit" but it's unknown who was in that other then there being 20 ninjas. Also, why would Jonin Minato and Hokage minato be different?

It's simply hashi and madara are written as strongest minus god tiers.
