There's quite a few, so I'll just focus on a relatively recent example that's still fresh in my mind. and that would be the Scabbard's samurai training montage.

Loyalty is a concept I hold in high regard, and this montage did a fantastic job of glancing into the dedication the Scabbards had for Oden. Too often we hear how devoted they are to him, but actions speak louder than words, and it was this sequence that convinced me of their drive. When all they were was a bunch of failures and misfits. Oden made them feel like they belonged. All they can do is give back to him in kind.

It wasn't only sweet, but inspirational. That they found someone they would put all their heart and soul for.
