Not unless Momo wants Wano to be defenseless when the WG comes knocking. He can't abandon his people like Oden did for several years. At that time it only took a little scheming on Orochi's part to take Wano over and look at all the damage that caused. Momo won't be going anywhere just yet and if he does it will only be temporary. Maybe he will show up to support the SH's for the final war with the WG.

Orochi only able to do it because Of his allies that has some unique df now that theyre gone it would be hard for anyone to change wano
